Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
