Process- Business Analyst (Banking Domain)
Location - Baner, Pune
Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst with expertise in banking applications to elicit business requirements, design process flows, bridge client-technical team gaps, and ensure seamless delivery of software projects.

- *Salary* : ₹6.0 – 8.0 LPA
- Experience : 2 – 4 Years (IT background with Banking projects required)
- Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering or Finance (CBAP™ is a plus)
- Work Setup : Work From Office (Mon – Sat Alternate Saturdays Off)
- Bond : 1-Year Service Commitment on Payroll
- Other : Male/Female (Travel required as per client needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis:Elicit requirements, manage scope, and write BRD/FRD/FSD/Approach documents.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and business process flows.
- Team & Client Coordination: Provide KT to dev/testing teams, assist PMs with estimation, interact with clients, and deliver product demos.
- Testing & Review: Conduct functional reviews and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
What We Need
- Mandatory Banking Domain knowledge (Remittance experience preferred).
- Proven skills in Business Process Design & Scope Finalization.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
