Job Summary
PRP Global Services is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller
Executive to manage outbound and inbound calling activities. The candidate will be
responsible for communicating with candidates and clients, scheduling interviews,
explaining job opportunities, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Coordination
- Contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails regarding job
opportunities.
- Explain job roles, salary details, company profiles, and interview schedules.
- Conduct preliminary screening and collect candidate information.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and joining status.
Telecalling & Lead Handling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Generate and maintain candidate databases and calling records.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain proper records in Excel or CRM.
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports related to calls, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain documentation and candidate records.
- Assist the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualification
Minimum: HSC / Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Prior telecalling, customer service, BPO, or recruitment experience will be preferred.
Experience
Fresher to 2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer support, or sales.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance).
Incentives may be provided based on targets and placements.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00PM
