Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store and Purchase Manager to oversee hospital procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and store operations. The role ensures uninterrupted availability of medicines, consumables, equipment, and other hospital supplies while maintaining cost control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase planning and procurement activities
- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and purchase orders
- Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements
- Ensure proper storage and issue of medical/non-medical items
- Maintain stock records, GRN, invoices, and ERP entries
- Conduct stock audits and physical verification
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and NABH compliance
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain
Experience:
5–8 years in hospital store and purchase management
Mandatory Skill:
Hospital Purchase & Inventory Management
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
