Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our toy manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment and be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards before dispatch. Experience in toy, plastic, FMCG, or consumer goods manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of toys and assembled products.
- Ensure products comply with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities during production.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
- Perform visual inspections, functional testing, and measurements as required.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures, SOPs, and workplace safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in toy manufacturing, plastic products, consumer goods, or FMCG is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and basic quality tools.
- Ability to read product specifications and follow inspection procedures.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is an advantage.
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
