Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in hiring, employee coordination, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job openings on portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & trainers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate database and update records
- Support onboarding and documentation process
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR operations and reporting
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with job portals
- Telecalling / coordination experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
