Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator
Location: J-Start Startup House, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1-3 Year
Preference: Local candidates from Jaipur or candidates willing to relocate to Jaipur will be preferred.
Office Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design graphics, social media posts, reels, short-form videos, and promotional creatives using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions, blogs, website content, and marketing copy.
- Capture and edit product photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.
- Assist in website content updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, social media insights, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design or social media content related field
- Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing social media posts, graphic designs, reels, or video editing work will be preferred.
