Working Days and Hours: Monday to Saturday (9 AM to 6 PM), with 2nd & 4th Saturday off.

We are looking for an HR Admin with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing company to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations for both the office and workshop. The role requires hands-on experience in employee coordination, attendance, joining formalities, records management, admin support, and plant or workshop-related HR activities.
- Handle end-to-end HR administration, including employee documentation, joining formalities, induction support, and maintaining personnel files and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift-related data and coordinate with payroll for salary inputs and statutory documentation.
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, collecting documents, onboarding selected candidates, and coordinating with department heads.
- Oversee office administration, including housekeeping, office supplies, vendor coordination, asset records, travel or accommodation support, and general facility upkeep.
- Handle HR and admin activities for the workshop or plant area, ensuring smooth coordination with production teams, workers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Maintain discipline, employee communication, notice boards, ID cards, uniform records, and other day-to-day employee support activities.
- Assist in statutory compliance, audits, labor documentation, and implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, confirmations, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of HR and admin experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Experience in handling both office staff and workshop or plant employees is required.
- Good knowledge of attendance management, payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with factory, labor, and general HR compliance practices will be preferred.
