Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Travel Sales)

Experience Required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, Travel Customer Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in B2C travel sales is preferred.
Job Summary
You will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, understand their travel requirements, recommend suitable travel packages, resolve queries, and assist them throughout the booking journey while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Recommend domestic and international travel packages.
- Assist customers with bookings and travel-related queries.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, itineraries, and policies.
- Maintain customer records and ensure a positive experience.
- Meet service quality and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
