We are looking for confident English-speaking freshers to join our growing team and start their career in international sales.
You will communicate with US-based small business owners, introduce our services, book demos, and learn how to close clients.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls using company-provided leads.
- Speak with US business owners.
- Introduce our services and understand their needs.
- Book sales/demo calls.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Learn how to handle objections and close deals.
- Maintain lead information in our CRM.

Requirements
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Confident speaking with US clients.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn sales.
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Laptop and stable internet connection.
- Graduation required.
- No previous sales experience required — training provided.
Candidates with previous sales experience may also apply if they are comfortable with the compensation structure.
Compensation
Month 1: Commission-based per client closed.
If you perform well in Month 1, you may move to a fixed monthly salary + commission/performance incentives from Month 2 onwards.
Exact salary and commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
