Job Summary
Acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. Responsible for understanding customer requirements, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair activities, providing timely updates, preparing service documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Create and maintain job cards and service records.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
- Explain service recommendations, estimates, and timelines to customers.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Promote service packages, accessories, and value-added services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B. E
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred.
