Job Title: Marketing Executive – Transformer Sales

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to join the company's Sales & Marketing team. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating inquiries, managing customer relationships, and converting leads into successful orders for transformer projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, and Project Managers to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, end-users, channel partners, and sales teams.
- Review customer requirements and RFQs to ensure quotations align with project specifications.
- Coordinate with production and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are followed during project execution.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities through client interactions, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through new customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Provide technical support and product-related guidance to customers.
- Support and train sales teams on product technicalities to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and support project completion activities as required.
- Attention to detail is important in this role due to RFQ handling and technical specifications; applicants may begin their application with Transformers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in sales, marketing, project coordination, or business development, preferably in the electrical or transformer industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
