As a Program Manager for the Multibrand Channel, you will be responsible for deploying and scaling Apple's people programs across multibrand partners - working hand in hand with partners, account managers, and agencies to drive meaningful engagement and business growth across the channel.
Description
Lead the end-to-end deployment of Apple's people programs across multibrand channel partners, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution at scale.
Serve as the primary point of contact for multibrand partners on all people program matters, building strong relationships and driving alignment on program objectives and timelines.
Collaborate closely with account managers to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve challenges that arise during program deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to partner operations.
Manage and govern agencies responsible for deploying brand advocates for store management across the multibrand channel, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and driving accountability.
Own the operational and financial management of agency engagements, including opex tracking, budget forecasting, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources within approved spend.
Partner with business leads to align program budgets with multibrand RTM strategic priorities and goals, and manage quarterly budget cycles across active programs.
Ensure data accuracy and end-to-end visibility across relevant systems to support program reporting and decision-making.
Drive the scale-up of existing people programs (AEP - Apple Excellence Program) in the country based on guidance from WW/EMEIA teams, and support the launch of new initiatives as required.
Conduct strategic analyses and thorough project management to surface new business opportunities and continuously improve program effectiveness.
Research, size, and prioritize recommendations on new partnership opportunities within the multibrand channel.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program/account management and rollouts, preferably in a channel or trade marketing context.
Prior experience working with or within a multibrand retail environment.
Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
Deep and proven proficiency in Excel and Keynote.
Experience coordinating, leading, and influencing cross-functional teams across all levels.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with senior executives, including via formal presentations.
Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of overall work experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a reputable institution.
Strong communication and program management skills.
Demonstrated experience managing external partners and/or agencies.
Experience in budget and operational expenditure management.
