Introduction

CATTS is seeking an Accounting and Finance Assistant to join our team in Jaipur, India.

Responsibilities

As an Accounting and Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

Daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing
Preparation of detailed weekly and monthly financial reports, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis
Overseeing accounts payable, including booking and following up on overdue invoicing
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records and accounting systems
Ensuring timely execution of bank payments and reconciliation of transactions
Monitoring and tracking payments, managing all accounting transactions, and updating ledgers accordingly
Conducting audits of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assisting with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring
Managing cash flow and ensuring liquidity for operational needs

Requirements

Experience in finance or accounting is a must
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience in International /EU Finance is a desirable but not essential
Basic knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and fiscal representation regulations is a desirable but not essential
Strong command of Excel, with a good working knowledge of Outlook
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial discrepancies
