- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces and seamless integration with backend systems.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FIORI and Gateway components.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and collaborative tools to support agile project delivery.
