Are you an energetic and ambitious sales professional looking to accelerate your career in business development? We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support and drive business growth across our ITES (Data Annotation), BPO, and Software/IT Services verticals.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling client meetings
- Conduct initial discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications with prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in IT Services, BPO, ITES, Data Annotation, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage with prospective clients
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Exposure to B2B sales and client interaction
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and digital sales tools
- Understanding of international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.) is an added advantage
