- Sales: Greet customers, explain vehicle features (e.g., Apache, Jupiter), and conduct test rides.
- Financing: Pitch EMI options, coordinate with TVS Credit, and provide on-road price quotes.
- Documentation: Collect KYC paperwork for insurance, invoicing, and RTO vehicle registration.
- Leads: Follow up with potential buyers via phone and update the showroom CRM database.
- Operations: Maintain clean display vehicles and participate in local outdoor marketing campaigns.
Requirements & Compensation
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in retail or automobile sales (freshers welcome).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and a mandatory two-wheeler driving license.
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based sales incentives.
