Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR operations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Generalist profile.
- Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
