Job Summary:
Provide remote IT support to users by resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle support requests via calls, chat, email, or ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely
- Resolve incidents or escalate within SLA timelines
- Manage user accounts (Active Directory, O365, password resets)
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate in IT or related field
- 1–3 years of Service Desk / Remote Support experience
- Knowledge of Windows, O365, VPN, Active Directory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
