About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and promotional copy for posts and reels.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams to ensure high-quality content.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement while responding professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote projects, events, launches, and offers.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, and brand promotions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including paid advertising and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
