Job Title: Quality Compliance Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Compliance Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing calls, identifying performance gaps, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing constructive feedback to agents to enhance customer experience and overall process quality.
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Company: Teleminds Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Age Criteria: 25years – 35 years
Shift Timings : 6:00am to 3:00pm
Working days : (Monday-Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate and auditing inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
- Prepare call analysis reports and share insights with the management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & Word.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
