Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst with basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The candidate will work with clients and development teams to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and support project execution.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Prepare BRD/FRD and project documentation
- Coordinate with developers and QA teams
- Support UAT and project tracking
- Participate in SDLC phases and Agile processes
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SDLC
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Jira, Excel, or similar tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum is a plus
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, MBA, IT, or related field.
Pay: ₹705,526.27 - ₹1,952,052.25 per year
