About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in marketing, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate and follow up on potential leads through various channels.
- Support the team in customer communication and relationship management.
- Assist with social media and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing-related requirements.
- Maintain and update customer/lead databases.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated with current market trends and marketing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Lead Generation.
- Internship/project experience in marketing will be an advantage.
- Good presentation and analytical skills.
