Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to guide and assist students in selecting suitable courses and managing the admission process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding BPSC, TRE, and Science coaching programs.
- Handle admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly to students/parents.
- Maintain student records and follow up with leads.
- Support marketing and enrollment campaigns.
- Achieve admission targets and ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Experience in education counselling or sales preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in coaching institute admissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
