Designation: Manager – Learning & Development
Eligibility:
- Technical education is must (BE in CS or IS, MCA, BCA, B.Sc CS, Diploma in CS)
- Should have worked as a faculty in a training centre or educational institutes; teaching .Net or Java or other IT skills
- Should have good communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
- 4-5 years of relevant experience is must
Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen the technical trainers on delivery capabilities
- Coordinate with stake holders on technical calls/interviews
- Create class sessions and manage the schedule
- Understand and manage the business deliveries
