- Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients across automotive , and industrial processing sectors.
- Technical Selling: Translate complex manufacturing processes and production requirements into customized machinery or automation solutions
- Team Leadership: Train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear KPIs and conducting performance coaching.
- Channel & Partner Management: Develop and support dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to expand market reach and penetration.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage CRM platforms to track sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with plant heads, operations, and technical teams to ensure on-time product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends to capture new business opportunities.
