- Maintain and update financial records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and bank statements
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Process expense forms and employee reimbursements
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of taxation and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certifications (optional): CA Inter, ACCA, CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
