We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, system management, IT security, and technical support. This role requires expertise in configuring and troubleshooting servers, network devices, Active Directory, and enterprise IT systems while ensuring high availability, security, and seamless connectivity across all business locations.
Responsibilities:-
* Manage Cisco servers, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and desktop support.
* Develop and implement IT security policies.
* Install, configure, and administer Windows Server and client OS.
* Design, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
* Manage Active Directory, user access, and file sharing.
* Install, update, and monitor antivirus software and software licenses.
* Deploy and maintain software, network printers, and scanners.
* Ensure 24/7 connectivity between head office and remote sites.
* Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and user training.
* Perform data backups and system upgrades.
* Resolve email, internet, hardware, and LAN connectivity issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
