Job Responsibilities
- Manage front office and reception activities.
- Coordinate visitor management and walk-ins.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Assist the Operations and HR teams with coordination activities.
- Maintain records, documentation, and office communication.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Professional and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
- Prior experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Customer Support will be an added advantage.
