Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for multiple client accounts
- Build monthly content calendars aligned to each client's brand voice, goals, and audience
- Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and on-screen text for Reels, Stories, and static posts
- Coordinate with designers and video editors on creative briefs
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs where in scope, and report on performance
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, set up, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns — Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, and Sales objectives
- Build audiences (custom, lookalike, interest-based) and manage creative testing
- Write ad copy variants — primary text, headlines, descriptions, CTAs
- Manage budgets across campaigns, monitor CPL/CPA/ROAS, and run A/B tests
- Pull weekly performance reports and recommend optimisations
Copywriting
- Write conversion-focused copy across formats: ad copy, social captions, Reel scripts, WhatsApp messages, landing pages, email campaigns, and short-form video scripts
- Adapt tone and voice across very different brands — luxury salon one day, B2B legal recruitment the next
- Write full word-for-word scripts when needed (spoken dialogue, filming directions, on-screen text, captions, CTAs)
- Edit and refine copy through multiple revision rounds with internal leads
Client & Team Collaboration
- Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times
- Coordinate with the Customer Consultant on briefs, deliverables, and timelines
- Stay current on Meta platform changes, ad policy updates, and social trends
Knowledge of SEO and Website
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
