Job Description
Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, amendments, renewals, and close-outs for assigned categories. Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies to support client objectives and ensure value delivery. Oversee contract compliance, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and facilitate smooth contract execution. Manage transactional contracting activities such as Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, and workspace maintenance. Maintain and monitor the expired contracts list, ensuring timely close-out and risk mitigation. Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring adherence to SOX controls and segregation of duties. Provide guidance to teams on contract management best practices and ensure consistent documentation and process adherence. Utilize contract management tools and systems to track contract status, performance, and reporting metrics. Support supplier performance management by aligning contract terms with service delivery expectations and scorecard metrics.
