Job Title: Education Support ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Education Support Executive to assist in the smooth coordination of educational services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students, parents, and tutors, managing enquiries, ensuring service quality, and supporting day-to-day academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from students and parents regarding educational services.
- Understand academic requirements and assist in matching suitable tutors with students.
- Coordinate demo classes and regular tuition schedules between tutors and parents.
- Follow up with parents and students regarding class progress and feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with tutors to ensure timely class updates and issue resolution.
- Monitor the status of ongoing tuition assignments and ensure smooth operations.
- Record and update student, parent, and tutor information in the database/CRM system.
- Assist in collecting feedback and addressing concerns raised by students, parents, or tutors.
- Support the registration and onboarding process of new students and tutors.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, class schedules, and service updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to educational support and operations.
- Ensure prompt response to calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from clients and tutors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and tutors.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and coordinate effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in education, customer support, counselling, or coordination roles will be an advantage.
