Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieving collection targets while complying with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Prepare collection reports and update management on recovery status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, customer service, banking, finance, or loan recovery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vehicle loans, personal loans, or financial services.
- Strong customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling difficult conversations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
