Overview:
We are looking for a leader who can bridge Product Management, Solution Architecture, and Business Solutioning to drive large, complex transformation deals across telecom/enterprise customers. This role will own end-to-end solution strategy—from understanding client problem statements to shaping differentiated offerings, defining productized solutions, architecting winning proposals, and enabling delivery success.
The ideal candidate combines product thinking, architectural depth, commercial acumen, and sales leadership to convert opportunities into scalable, profitable engagements.
Responsibilities:
Define and evolve productized service offerings aligned to market needs and customer pain points.
Translate customer requirements into reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and IPs.
Drive offering roadmap, positioning, and differentiation in collaboration with sales and delivery.
Create GTM assets: solution decks, value propositions, case studies, and reference architectures.
Identify opportunities to standardize and industrialize solutions for repeatability and margin improvement.
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large RFP/RFI/RFQ pursuits.
Define E2E technical architecture, integration patterns, and transformation roadmaps.
Work closely with SMEs, delivery teams, and partners to build winning, feasible, and scalable solutions.
Ensure solutions are aligned to cost models, pricing strategy, and margin expectations.
Govern solution quality, feasibility, and risk mitigation before submission.
Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape proactive pitches.
Own the solution narrative in customer discussions, workshops, and presentations.
Support commercial structuring, effort estimation, and pricing strategy.
Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and proposal defense meetings.
Provide architectural oversight during transition from sales to delivery.
Ensure proposed solutions are implementable, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
Guide delivery teams on architecture best practices and reusable assets.
Mentor solution architects and consultants across domains.
Collaborate with alliances/partners for joint solution creation.
Act as a thought leader internally and externally.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, System Integration, and Enterprise Architecture.
Hands-on experience in product management / offering development within IT/consulting services.
Proven track record in large deal solutioning and pre-sales leadership.
Deep understanding of costing, pricing models, RGM/EBITDA considerations in solutioning.
Experience in creating reusable frameworks, accelerators, and IP-led solutions.
Experience in Telecom / Digital Transformation / ITSM / Cloud / OSS-BSS / Enterprise Platforms.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, microservices, API-led, cloud-native patterns).
Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Integration tools.
Strong understanding of end-to-end system landscapes and integration architecture.
Excellent client-facing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to translate business problems into technical and commercial solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
Strong analytical, estimation, and documentation skills.
20+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or product management.
5+ years in a leadership role
Experience working with global enterprise/telecom clients.
