Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates till onboarding.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and official communications.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and company policies.
Administration Support
- Coordinate office administration activities.
- Handle vendor coordination and office requirements.
- Maintain office discipline and workplace management.
- Support management in daily operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
