How You’ll Contribute
As an Engineering Project Manager II on the Transformation & Delivery Enablement team, you will report to the Director, Engineering Agile Project/Program Management, and you will play a key role in supporting synchronized execution across agile teams, platforms, and domain groups. This role is responsible for coordinating planning, execution tracking, dependency follow-up, release readiness, implementation status reporting, and operating cadence across engineering, security, platform, data, product, and domain teams. You will partner closely with an Agile Specialist trained in Release Train Engineering to build practical RTE capabilities while providing transparency into milestones, risks, blockers, adoption progress, action items, and delivery outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Support alignment of execution activities with defined strategy, roadmap sequencing, enterprise priorities, and release commitments.
- Track roadmap execution, implementation progress, milestones, dependencies, blockers, risks, action items, decisions, and commitments through closure.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation schedules for approved use cases in partnership with product, engineering, platform, and domain stakeholders.
- Prepare adoption progress updates and implementation status reports to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
- Support the operating cadence for the release train, including status meetings, planning discussions, readiness reviews, follow-up forums, and communication channels.
- Coordinate implementation/integration schedules with cross-team/cross-platform.
- Track cross-team technical and delivery dependencies, including follow-ups with domain team leads and accountable owners.
- Maintain day-to-day visibility of deliverables, milestones, blockers, risks, action items, decisions, and commitments.
- Maintain the RAID log, document mitigations, and support timely escalation of unresolved risks or issues through the Agile Specialist and leadership channels.
- Identify gaps, delays, sequencing concerns, and dependency conflicts, and drive structured follow-up to support closure.
- Support release planning, readiness reviews, deployment schedule tracking, implementation checkpoints, and post-release follow-up.
- Coordinates work across engineering, security, platform, release management, product, business, and domain teams.
- Prepare consolidated status reports, milestone trackers, delivery metrics, risk summaries, dependency updates, and timeline reporting.
- Track decisions, owners, action items, dependencies, and commitments through closure.
- Create leadership-ready summaries, dashboards, meeting notes, and follow-up communications using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication to reduce ambiguity and ensure shared understanding of execution status, risks, priorities, and next steps.
- Support continuous improvement in planning discipline, reporting quality, dependency tracking, release readiness, governance routines, and execution transparency.
- Apply business analysis and process improvement skills to identify recurring delivery impediments and improvement opportunities.
- Document operating processes, workflows, status templates, meeting cadences, and governance routines.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, agile delivery support, stakeholder management, process improvement, reporting, or technology execution.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experience gathering updates, documenting decisions, tracking milestones, managing action items, and following up with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience preparing dashboards, KPI reports, status updates, meeting notes, process documentation, requirement documents, and executive summaries.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Power Apps, Jira, Confluence.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, security, platform, data, product, business, and domain teams to support execution transparency.
- Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to large-scale delivery, release coordination, roadmap tracking, implementation planning, or multi-team execution.
- SAFe, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in technology execution environments involving platform, data, product, security, release management, or domain teams.
- Resourceful and proactive in resolving delivery coordination gaps, dependency conflicts, and implementation follow-ups.
