HNI Relationship Manager / Business Development Officer
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven professionals to drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management. The role involves sourcing new customers, managing HNI and retail portfolios, promoting banking products including CASA, Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Investment solutions, cross-selling third-party products, conducting field visits, achieving business targets, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
0–5 years of experience in Banking, Sales, Insurance, or Financial Services
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel locally for business development
