Position Overview
Vraj Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage the end-to-end HR function. The role includes recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across corporate, sales, and project/site functions.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Drive employee engagement activities, induction programs, and performance appraisal support.
- Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
