Position Overview:
SCAD World School is excited to welcome a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the subject to inspire our students towards academic excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute dynamic lesson plans that meet CBSE curriculum standards.
- Teach Physics at the senior secondary level, highlighting both theoretical principles and practical applications.
- Evaluate student performance through various means, including assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Offer guidance and support to students for their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enrich the academic atmosphere and engage in school initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in Physics and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree preferred.
- At least 3+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE curriculum school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Desirable Qualities:
- A strong enthusiasm for teaching and a desire to see students succeed.
- Good organisational and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools to enhance the learning experience.
