- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Implement conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4)
- Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- A/B test ads, audiences, creatives, and funnels
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices
- Communicate performance insights and recommendations to internal teams or clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of paid media funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Experience with lead generation and/or eCommerce campaigns
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Basic understanding of landing page CRO principles
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with tools like Looker Studio, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (good to have)
