Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, stock movement, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures the availability of materials and products while minimizing stock shortages, overstocking, and inventory-related losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated in the ERP/software system.
- Analyze inventory data and generate stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for stock planning.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage warehouse storage and ensure proper material handling.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Develop and implement inventory management best practices.
- Train and supervise inventory/store personnel.
Pay: ₹11,426.89 - ₹35,165.20 per month
