- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Provide industry-oriented training and mentorship to students.
- Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and practical assessments.
- Support students in internships, placements, and career guidance.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards within the classroom and practical labs.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel, preferably in the Housekeeping department.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service practices.
- Ability to connect academic concepts with real-world industry practices.
