Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer background, business interests, and goals
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Explain our Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) and business model clearly
- Coordinate and schedule consultations with the senior business consulting team
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture relationships
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with high-value clients

Preferred Background
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement
- Experience in service-based industries will be an added advantage
