Job Role:
We are looking for a skilled and patient Driving Instructor to train customers at our Maruti Suzuki Driving School in Kelambakkam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train customers (both theory & practical) on safe driving as per Maruti Suzuki Driving School standards
- Explain traffic rules, road signs, vehicle controls and safety measures
- Conduct simulator training and on-road training
- Maintain discipline and ensure safety of learner during training
- Maintain training vehicle cleanliness and check daily vehicle condition
- Maintain daily training reports and learner feedback
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and course completion
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Valid Driving License (LMV) - Must have at least 3-5 years old license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations is mandatory
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English preferred
- Patience, punctual and customer-friendly attitude
- Experience as Driving Instructor in any Driving School is an added advantage
