Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity roles.
- Partner with Recruitment Lead to understand niche skill requirements
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, CutShort, Hirect, and cybersecurity-specific platforms (CyberSecJobs, InfoSec Jobs, GitHub)
- Manage high-volume bulk hiring - handling 10-15 parallel cybersecurity & IT positions.
- Represent Sattrix at cybersecurity hiring events, job fairs, and industry meetups in Ahmedabad/Gujarat
Must-Have Skills
- 0-2 years of core IT recruitment experience - Agency or In-house is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience hiring for ANY of these: SOC, SIEM, Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, Network Security, GRC, DevSecOps.
- Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Zoho Recruit / any ATS.
- Ability to write Boolean strings, X-ray search and hunt passive candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management and a closure-driven mindset - you don't just submit CVs, you close positions.
- Excellent English communication - verbal and written.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience at a MSSP, Cybersecurity company, or IT Services firm with a Cybersecurity vertical.
- Experience with high-volume hiring, Campus hiring.
- Can understand cybersecurity concepts.
