Job Summary:
The PYTHA Engineer is responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, production drawings, and technical documentation using PYTHA software for wood manufacturing, modular furniture, interior fit-outs, and custom joinery works. The role ensures accurate design development, material optimization, and coordination with production and project teams for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D & 3D models using PYTHA CAD software for furniture, woodwork, and interior products.
- Develop detailed shop drawings, assembly drawings, and production drawings.
- Generate cutting lists, BOM (Bill of Materials), and CNC data from PYTHA software.
- Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for technical clarifications.
- Ensure drawings are as per client requirements and production feasibility.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and customer changes.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records.
- Support CNC machine programming and nesting requirements.
- Optimize material utilization and reduce production wastage.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with procurement team regarding material specifications.
- Assist production team during prototype and sample development.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PYTHA CAD software.
- Knowledge of wood manufacturing processes and joinery details.
- Understanding of modular furniture and interior fit-out systems.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings and BOQ/BOM.
- Knowledge of CNC machining and production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
- Certification or training in PYTHA software preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in wood industry, modular furniture, or interior fit-out industry.
- Experience in handling production drawings and CNC-based manufacturing preferred.
Software Knowledge:
- PYTHA CAD
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp (preferred)
- MS Office
Pay: ₹11,109.03 - ₹46,290.50 per month
