Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify CNC programs for VMC/CNC machines.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and dimensions.
- Select suitable tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth machining operations.
- Optimize cycle time and improve machining efficiency.
- Handle Fanuc/GSK control programming and troubleshooting.
- Ensure component accuracy as per drawing tolerances.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in CNC programming.
- Knowledge of VMC/CNC machining operations.
- Hands-on experience in Fanuc/GSK controls.
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T basics.
- Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
