Instape is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing FinTech team!
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–3 Years (FinTech / Banking / Loans preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers over phone calls
- Explain our financial products and services
- Assist customers throughout the application process
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Meet daily calling and performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Candidates with experience in Banking, FinTech, or Loan products are preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent customer handling skills
