We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee and support the academic programs of our school. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents to ensure high standards of teaching and learning, curriculum implementation, academic planning, and student achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the school's curriculum across grade levels.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, instructional strategies, and classroom management.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and classroom observations.
- Analyze student performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
- Develop academic calendars, examination schedules, and assessment plans.
- Organize teacher training, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with board and educational standards.
- Collaborate with school administrators to set academic goals and monitor progress.
- Assist in the preparation of academic reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and communicate academic updates to parents.
- Support the admission process through academic counseling and orientation sessions.
- Promote innovative teaching methods and the effective use of educational technology.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience and 1–3 years in academic coordination or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,342.19 per month
