Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of billing processes and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and verification of client and subcontractor bills
Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements
Preparation of RA bills and final bills
Coordination with site team for work progress and billing
Rate analysis and reconciliation of materials
Maintaining billing records and documentation
Ensuring accuracy in measurements and billing as per BOQ
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in billing (construction industry)
Must have experience in finishing works
Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software
Strong understanding of drawings and BOQ
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
